Shipping Policy:

Shipping Days: We ship every Monday – Friday.

Holiday Closure:

Our shipping department is closed on all major holidays. However, customer service will be available 24/7 to assist you.

Same-Day Shipping:

All orders placed before 3 PM (CT) will be shipped on the same day.

Shipping Address:

Address Confirmation: All items are shipped to the address listed on eBay/PayPal by the buyer.

Insufficient Address:

If the item is returned due to an insufficient address, we will contact the buyer through eBay. If there is no response, the item will be relisted, and both shipping costs (to and from) will be charged to the buyer.

Tracking:

All buyers will receive a tracking number for their package. The tracking number will be updated on both eBay and PayPal by the seller.

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO Addresses:

There will be a surcharge for shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and APO/FPO addresses.

The surcharge will be calculated based on the package weight and size. After your purchase, the shipping surcharge will be invoiced separately, and the item will ship once the surcharge is paid.

International Shipping:

All international shipments are handled through the eBay Global Shipping Program.

International buyers are responsible for all applicable customs fees, taxes, and documentation required by the destination country. eBay will provide an invoice.

Please do not request additional paperwork from us.

Restrictions:

We will not ship blind, gift, or drop-off shipments. Please ensure that the address provided is correct and not for third-party drop-shipping.

If the buyer does not disclose that the item is being shipped to a third-party, warranty and returns will not be accepted.

Original Invoice:

All of our items are shipped with the original invoice. Please do not request for the package to be shipped without an invoice.PayPal is the preferred payment method.
