Returns Policy

Return and Warranty Policy:

We hope you will love your purchase. However, if you need to return it, we have a 30-day return policy for defective parts only.

Return Shipping for Defective Parts:

We will pay return shipping costs for defective parts only. For all other returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Required for All Returns:

No return will be accepted without photos to prove the reason for return. Please do not send returns without informing us first. All returns must be accompanied by an RMA number and should include tracking information and the return shipping address.

Non-Defective Items:

The buyer is responsible for shipping non-defective items back to us. If we provide the return shipping label, the shipping charges for both sides will be deducted from the original refund.

Tracking for Non-Defective Returns:

For non-defective returns, the buyer must provide the tracking number. No refund will be issued for lost return items.

Order the Correct Part Number:

Please ensure you order the exact part number (P/N) you are replacing. If you order the wrong part number or change your mind, we will not accept a refund. We are the sellers, and every part is listed with the manufacturer’s part numbers and pictures. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify part compatibility.

Unauthorized Returns:

Unauthorized or non-defective returns (e.g., wrong part ordered, wrong quantity ordered, change of mind, part doesn’t fit, incorrect description, better price found elsewhere, etc.) will be subject to deduction of both shipping charges from the actual refund. No claims through eBay or PayPal. eBay’s 30-day free return shipping policy applies to defective parts only.

Part Compatibility:

If you are unsure whether a part is compatible with your system, please check the original serial number. If you are still unsure, feel free to contact us directly.

Damaged Shipments:

If the item arrives damaged by the carrier, please reject the shipment and contact us immediately. If you receive the item, submit clear images of the packaging/box and the damaged item from multiple angles. Do not discard the packaging. Save the packaging for the carrier’s claim. The carrier will often request to pick up the shipment. We cannot file a claim without the packaging and proper images.

Pre-Shipment Testing:

Before shipping, all of our parts are tested by a product specialist, and each part is signed. We also maintain a checklist, photos, and videos in our quality folder for documentation.

Return Conditions:

Please ensure that all return items are in the same working condition as when we shipped them. Broken parts will not be accepted for return or refund, and no claims will be processed through eBay or PayPal for broken return items.

For Resellers or Third-Party Purchasers:

We do not offer any warranty or returns for resellers or third-party purchases. No warranty, no return. We expect you to handle your warranty terms with your customers. Examples of non-acceptable return reasons include: my customer doesn’t like it, item arrived late, item arrived broken, the part fits but doesn’t solve my machine issue, etc. If we accept the return, we will issue a return label through eBay, but both side shipping costs will be charged, regardless of whether the item is good or defective. No claims through eBay or PayPal.

Retesting Returns:

All returns are tested for functionality to ensure the item is the original part we sent. If the item is found to be in working condition or is not the part we shipped, both side shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. We will also report this to eBay for abuse of the return policy. No claims through eBay or PayPal.
