Which locations are excluded from free shipping?

What carriers do you use?
We ship using UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on package size, weight, and destination.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays. Orders placed before 3:00 PM Central Time typically ship the same business day.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Tracking information is provided once your order ships.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery with prior authorization.
Do you accept international returns?
Yes, international returns are accepted with authorization. However, return shipping is not covered for international orders.
Who pays for return shipping?
• Domestic U.S. returns for defective or incorrect items: AASMK covers return shipping
• Non-defective returns: Buyer is responsible for return shipping
• International returns: Return shipping is always the buyer’s responsibility
Do I need approval before returning an item?
Yes. All returns require prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
All products include a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.
What does the warranty cover?
The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
What is not covered by the warranty?

• Improper installation or misuse
• Incorrect application or compatibility issues
• Modifications or external damage
How do I submit a warranty claim?
Contact our support team with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Claims are reviewed before approval.
What happens if my warranty claim is approved?
Depending on availability, we will repair, replace, or refund the product at our discretion.
Buyers are responsible for verifying compatibility before purchase. If you are unsure, contact us prior to ordering and our team will assist.
Do you cover installation labor or downtime?
No. Warranty coverage does not include labor, downtime, or consequential costs.

Do distributors have different warranty terms?
Standard distributor warranty is 6 months, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
